I Like Saturday

That makes Friday and Saturday my favorite days. Wednesday isn’t too bad. It’s a little more than halfway to Friday, an improvement over Tuesday.

Thursday’s are usually busier than any other day of the week, though I think I tend to be more efficient that day. Thursday is so close to Friday that’s it’s almost a mini-Friday.

If you can make it to Thursday, you’re home free. Friday and Saturday are next.

Friday brings with it more pleasant anticipation than Saturday. After all, it’s the first real fun day of the week, the first to be looked forward to, and the pleasant respite before Saturday, which is the crown jewel of the week’s days.

Why Saturday? It’s all alone as a full, complete day sandwiched between two other good days, though, as noted Friday is better than Sunday. Except in the fall when NFL football rules on Sunday.

Saturday is good for almost any activity except working. If you work on Saturday then you know what I mean. But then, your true Saturday is just moved to another day of the week.

Friday acts as a welcome mat for Saturday. Sunday is the day that eases you into Monday. Friday and Sunday are good days. Saturday is just better.
